Orders

We can only make change to orders that have not yet been shipped. Though if you have any problem, doubt or inquiry on your order, do not hesitate to contact us. We'll always try our best to help you.

If you realize that the package is damaged before accepting the delivery, please do not accep the delivery and inform us. We'll contact the carrier and replace the order as soon as possible.

If you have accepted the delivery, pelase feel free sending us a message through any contact way you prefer, we'll help you as soon as possible. For details please refer our 'Returns & Refunds Policy'.

To cancel orders that haven't been shipped/delivered

 

Once logged in at our website www.cwretailsales.com, go to My Orders and proceed to cancel the order. If you haven't logged in to place the order, please just contact us so as to help you.

 

To cancel orders that are on shipping or delivered

 

Please contact us so we can help you with your return, refund or inquiry.

Payments

We process your refund within 5 business days. Once the refund is processed, the refunded amount will be returned yo you original payment method withing a few days. Exactly how long this process takes depends on your payment method.

Shipping

We'll send you an email once your item has been dispatched, with the expected arrival date and a link to track your order. Please note that some mail-delivery orders are not online trackable. If you don't have a tracking number, please contact us so we help you findind out the estimated arrival time of your order.
